Christmas Day 28 years ago, Harry Potter was gifted the Invisibility Cloak. The garment’s purpose is to make anyone or anything invisible once its covered.
They are very rare and valuable in the Wizarding World and it’s one of the symbolic items in the Deathly Hallows.
Two days ago, Christmas Day 2019, I gifted the Invisibility Cloak to my sister.
Only this one was from Wow! Stuff, a company that makes interactive Harry Potter items.
They have made things like the Mystery Flying Snitch and the Light Painting Wand. Two items that any Potterhead can appreciate.
All of these items can be found on Amazon!
The Invisibility Cloak has a standard and a deluxe version but each work exactly the same.
They both have a green screen on the outside of the cloak that causes the invisible illusion on the app! And each cloak is 55 inches in length.
Each version comes with a mini tripod to set up your phone or tablet. If the camera isn’t still then it won’t work properly.
For $64.43, the deluxe version just has special replicated packaging.
I own the standard version because personally I didn’t care to have the replica wrapping. Plus, it was $20 cheaper at the time. Right now, the standard version is $49.99.
My sister and I of course had a blast trying it out:
And it even works for videos!
How To Use Invisibility Cloak:
Using the cloak is super easy. All you need is a smartphone or tablet with camera access.
Then you have to download the Wow! Stuff app and register your cloak with the given serial number.
Then, simply follow the directions on your phone screen.
