Lil Wayne dropped a new album called “Dedication 6”—a mixtape of Wayne rapping over songs originally by Post Malone (“Rockstar”) and 21 Savage (“Bank Account”). Other tracks include “The Story of OJ” by Jay Z and “DNA” by Kendrick Lamar.
Similar to other Weezy mixtapes, sampling songs from other artists like Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep,” “Dedication 6” is the sixth installment from Wayne since 2013.

To be honest I didn’t know Lil Wayne still was making music. The last I heard anything about him was when he was suffering multiple seizures.
It is said they Lil Wayne’s new album “Tha Carter V” will be out in 2018 which is highly anticipated from fans.
So far “Dedication 6” has received mixed feedback from fans on Twitter:
Was getting worried we were going into 2018 in a worse place than we started 2017, then Lil Wayne dropped Dedication 6 and all was right in the world

Every time I hear a verse from Dedication 6 I just think about how I should demand apologies from everyone that doubted Lil Wayne.

As much as I respect Lil Wayne, Dedication 6 is wack. You can’t make a tape of all covers
