Deadpool Team Puts Maximum Effort in Latest Marketing Stunt

“Deadpool 2” promo has been on point since it began in November. Back then we were graced with a Thanksgiving poster of Deadpool serving turkey to his loved ones. Ryan Reynolds and his team have promoted the upcoming film in true Deadpool fashion–sarcasm, satire and wit.

He has done other hilarious things like featuring in a Celine Dion music video, partaking in parodies that include impersonating Bob Ross or recreating Trolli gummy snacks.

But nothing beats the latest marketing stunt they pulled which is my personal favorite. Deadpool parodies have taken over the movie section of stores like Walmart.

Days ago this picture of a DVD section in Walmart that was taken over by Deadpool went viral.

Each DVD has a sticker coupon that gives you $5 toward your admission to see “Deadpool 2” which is in theaters now. #MaximumEffort
